oic–In the U.S. a lot of the top government officials are called a secretary, and most of those positions are help by men. In fact, the President’s advisors (called the cabinent) are all called secretarys of their respective field–i.e. the secretary of defense, secretary of the interior, etc. But yeah, secretary may not be the best choice of a word xD, but it in no way means that their position is small. In fact, the top man in the whole Navy is called the Secretary of the Navy lol.

If they want to secure their own Network they can do this cheaper while leaving us alone! Control is what they want.
