i dnt think any child under the age of 16 should be allowed unsupervised on the comuter for ANY reason..thats when the parents dnt care n the kids get kidnaped, raped, stalked or cyber bullied….too many teens get carried away with trusting strangers n feeling “like a big kid” that they dont take time 2 think about safety.
